Gwen chuckled, “Alright, I trust you.”
Rena beamed even brighter, “Okay, you’ve had a long day. Get some shut–eye. You still need to be on set tomorrow morning.”
“No problem, I’m not on till noon tomorrow so I can head over a bit later.”
“You still need to rest up and stay in top form.”
“Okay, good night.”
Gwen hung up, poured herself a glass of wine, and did a little happy dance.
Her satisfaction and vanity hit an all–time high at this moment! She couldn’t contain her excitement and picked the prettiest photo from the day to send to Jonathan.
Then she downed her wine in one go, looking at the bustling night view outside with anticipation in her eyes. She was going to be the most sought–after star in the entertainment industry and have the world’s most amazing man!

Gwen jolted awake and took a while to realize she was in her bed. It was already daytime, and her phone was ringing non–stop.
She picked up her phone with annoyance, “Hello?”
“Gwen, where are you? There’s been a problem!” Rena’s voice was anxious.
“What happened?” Gwen sat up, still sounding grumpy from being woken up.
“Early this morning, Snowy Studios posted on Twitter, claiming that KING has never designed a dress for any celebrity. You better check it out, your fans are questioning you. It’s a mess online!”
Gwen instantly sobered up and rushed to her computer.
She didn’t dare log into her own Twitter, so she checked it out as a visitor. As Rena said, it was in chaos, with everyone questioning why she lied.
Trying to keep calm, Gwen checked out Snowy Studios‘ Twitter.
They posted a simple message at 5 AM, pointing directly at her! After all, her interview claiming that KING designed her dress was still trending.
“Rena, what do we do?” Gwen was pale.
Rena sounded flustered, “I never thought Snowy Studios would counter!
The dress was indeed designed by KING, and the staff at Snowy Studios would definitely know. Logically, Gwen’s impressive appearance at the party should have been beneficial for Snowy Studios, so they couldn’t understand why Snowy Studios would accuse Gwen at this time.
