Chapter 307
Maja sat on lan’s lap, a bit clumsy, clinging to his neck.
“Tickles like hell.”
Her hot breath fanned his neck, the warm sensation sneaking into his clothing, the tingling sensation unbearable.
lan couldn’t handle her teasing; he held onto her waist tightly, his voice suddenly rough.
“So, what should I do? Scratch for you?”
He never thought he’d ever utter such a flirtatious line.
“Sweetie, you’re great.”
Maja’s head was buried in his neck, oblivious to her own words.
People were still passing downstairs, but lan just held her tightly.
Maja let out a soft moan, which he silenced with a kiss..
She was instantly mute.
She was out of breath.
She blinked, her eyes full of confusion and lust.
She felt like she was floating in the sea, one moment being tossed high by the waves, the next being dragged down as if sinking deeper.
“I’m not ticklish anymore, really.”
-In the end, she could only cry out these words.
lan’s handsome face was shiny with sweat; he gently wiped her eyelashes, which made her cry again.
Such a crybaby.
Carlene was looking for lan downstairs, but he didn’t answer his phone, and Tyler had no idea where he was.
She wasn’t the only one looking for lan. Sandy was all set, but lan was nowhere to be found, and the glass of wine was mysteriously empty.
Meanwhile, Connie was bringing seafood to Maja, she knocked on the door for a while, but there was no answer.
Was she asleep already?
As she continued down the hallway, she heard noises coming from the small balcony.
The balcony was at the end of the hallway, not far from Maja’s room.
Connie heard the sound of a woman’s muffled cries as if someone was kissing her or covering her mouth.
Connie wasn’t clueless, she knew what people got up to, so it was clear to her that someone was making out on the balcony.
She blushed, just about to leave via the nearby stairs when she heard a man’s raspy voice.
“Penny, are you still ticklish? Will you remember it in the morning?”
“No more. I’m not ticklish anymore.”
Connie, frightened, dropped the seafood tray she was holding.lan?
lan and Penny?
No way!
Connie had never experienced this before, and she was almost in tears.
Wasn’t lan madly in love with Carlene? Didn’t he dislike any other woman but Carlene?
Connie quickly gathered the scattered seafood, didn’t dare to look, and hurriedly left.
But on her way down, she ran into Carlene, who was on her way up.
Connie was taken aback.
There were three staircases to the upper floor, one in the middle and one on each side. This one was the least noticeable.
“Connie, have you seen lan?”
Connie was so anxious that her lips were trembling.
“He seems to be in a meeting.”
Carlene’s expression lightened up a bit, “Oh, I see.”
Seeing Carlene was about to head up, Connie quickly stopped her.
“Carlene, can you join me for some dessert? I’ve had too much seafood, and I need something sweet.”
Considering Connie was lan’s cousin and they were on good terms, Carlene nodded.
“Sure, let’s go.”
Connie’s mind was blank; it was only after she dumped the seafood that Carlene asked, “Weren’t these just cooked? Why aren’t you eating them?”
“They were for my friend, but then I found out she was eating something else, no, then I found out she wasn’t hungry…”
Her cheeks flushed, feeling extremely embarrassed.
