“Oh right, Bella, I just visited a jewelry store nearby and picked out a new necklace for you.”
Initially, Attlee was reluctant to bring out the necklace, but after previous attempts failed, he had to grit his teeth and present the small gift box.
Attlee handed over the box, his smile even more amiable.

Arabella headed to the nearby outdoor parking lot, hit the unlock button, and prepared to get in the car.
