After Amanda hung up the phone, she fell into silence. Elias is only coming back after a few days, which means I have to stay home and can’t go out for such a long time. Can I stay home just like that? But I can’t do anything in Allegra Villa. I can only accompany Aiden.
Meanwhile, at No. 45, Sacred Heart Villa, Symeon stood by the floor-to-ceiling window, looking at the lake view outside. He was waiting for the result of the DNA test from overseas. The result should be out soon.
At this moment, the maid brought a cup of coffee. The bodyguard took it and gestured for her to leave. “Sir, your coffee.”
Symeon took the coffee and took a sip, letting the bitter taste clear his mind. “Make a call to urge him.”
“Yes, sir. I’ll make the call right away. Just as the bodyguard was about to call Dr. Albert to urge the DNA test result, he received a phone call. He then handed it to Symeon. “Sir, it’s from Dr. Albert. It seems the
DNA test result is out.
Hearing that, Symeon immediately handed the coffee back to the bodyguard and picked up the phone. Sliding his finger across the screen, he placed it on his ear, his expression turning serious. “Yes. What’s the result?”
After a brief conversation on the phone, his face went from gloomy to stormy, as if a hurricane was about to strike at any moment.
The bodyguard, curious about the result, asked, “Sir, what did Dr. Albert say? Is the child one of the Lawrence Family?”
“Yes,” Symeon replied coldly.
At his answer, a shocked expression crawled on the bodyguard’s face. “So, that means Miss Bailey is indeed the woman who crawled into your bed back then and gave birth to a boy.”
“Exactly. We must reclaim the child.”
“Yes, sir.”
At first, Symeon had doubts about whether the child was his, but after hearing the result, he went from surprise to anger. How could she deceive me for four years and wander around with my child for such a long time? She’s ruthless. Watch how I make you pay for that, Amanda.

On the other side of the ocean, inside a laboratory, the gray-haired Dr. Albert hung up the phone and looked at the woman beside him. “Are you satisfied now? I’ve violated my professional ethics and lied for your sake. Shouldn’t you release my granddaughter now?”
“Of course. Thank you for your help, doctor. We both got what we wanted. I won’t harm anyone.” A faint smile tugged on the woman’s red lips as she flipped her long hair flirtatiously. Then she turned to leave the laboratory, leaving behind these words. “Doctor, you can see your lovely granddaughter tonight. And don’t forget to send that fabricated DNA test result to Cludan as soon as possible. Symeon prefers paper documents. He thinks it feels more authentic.”
In fact, the DNA test result stated that the alleged father is excluded as the biological father, meaning the

child had no biological relation to Symeon. But with this woman’s meddling, everything had become chaotic.
No one knew why she did it.

While Amanda was having dinner, she suddenly heard the notification sound of receiving a message from her phone. She unlocked the screen and opened the message, revealing a photo. The photo contained the result of a DNA test, written entirely in Esmorian.
When she saw the test result, her eyes widened in disbelief, and she dropped her utensils on the floor.
“Miss, what’s wrong?” Colette picked up the utensils and handed her a new pair.
Afraid that Colette might see the content on her phone, Amanda quickly put it away, pretending that nothing had happened. “I was just lost in thought. Nothing’s wrong.”
On the other side of the table, Crispin noticed her uneasiness. It looks like something happened. “Are you okay, Miss Bailey? You seem disturbed.”
Tm full. You guys enjoy your meal.” Right now, she had no time to bother with Crispin. Her mind was filled with the image of the full Esmorian DNA test result she had seen earlier. It was like a bolt from the blue. How is that possible? How could Aiden possibly be Lawrence’s biological son? This is definitely a joke. It’s simply absurd! But the DNA test result stated otherwise.
Suddenly, her phone rang again. She recognized the number; it was Symeon calling.
After much consideration, she decided to answer the call. Without waiting for him to speak, she questioned, “What are you trying to do? Did you forge a fake DNA test result to scare me? My son has nothing to do with you.”
“Is that so? Are you saying I can send this to Elias?”
“No!” she instinctively shouted. Elias is in the thick of his work in Esmos. If he sees this, he will surely have self- doubt. Besides, there’s no need to spread this fake information everywhere.
“If you don’t want me to send this to Elias, then come to me quickly. Otherwise, I can’t guarantee what I’ll do,” Symeon threatened before hanging up.
At this moment, Amanda was on the verge of going crazy. What is he up to? Where did he get this fake DNA test result from? If this spreads, it will surely cause a big stir.
In the evening, Symeon sat on a couch in the living room, staring at the electronic version of the DNA test result on his phone.
The physical copy would be arriving soon. He had already sent someone to pick it up personally, and it would be in his hands within a few days.
After a while, the bodyguard entered, followed by a slender woman’s figure. “Sir, Miss Bailey is here.”
“Good. You may leave.”

When Amanda entered the living room, she was not in the mood to look at the luxurious villa, only wanting to figure out what this man wanted. “What do you want? Don’t you just want to find the woman who crawled into your bed? Why are you harassing my son? And why did you create this fake DNA test result? Do you really think anyone would believe it? Even if you show it to Elias, he won’t believe it.”
Hearing that, Symeon chuckled. “If it’s fake, why are you so worked up? Besides, who told you it’s fake? I had the DNA test done overseas specifically, and you think it’s fake? Where does your confidence come from?”
“My confidence comes from the fact that this child is not yours! I don’t know you at all, and I didn’t crawl into your bed. How could I have your child? If you’re desperate for a child, find another woman to bear one for you. If you can’t have one, then adopt! Stop being a lunatic here!” she shouted, feeling like she was about to collapse. How can I explain to this man in a way he’ll understand?
She sprinted down the stairs but suddenly remembered her pregnancy and slowed down. Clutching the test strip in her hand, she wondered what Elias Winters' reaction would be once he heard the news.
Yet, when Amanda was halfway down the stairs, she saw two figures in the living room—Elias and a sexy woman. Slowing down her steps, she held the handrail tightly and felt her heart sink. That was because she saw her husband and the woman behaving affectionately as though they were a smitten couple.
