Chapter 375 I Know I Don’t Have the Right to Hug You Yet
Although none of them made it clear, they knew they were not far from remarrying each other.
Amanda picked up her cup and took a sip of tea before asking, “What are you doing this time? Why are you going to stay there for such a long time?”
Elias placed some food on her plate and replied, Tm going to deal with some problems at the subsidiary. I don’t think you’ll be interested in listening to it. If not for the fact that Aiden is here, I would’ve asked you. to come with me.”
“Are you so confident that I’d go with you?”
The man only put on a smile and took a sip of tea.
Noticing the embarrassment in the air, Amanda coughed and said, “Bring Aiden a gift when you come back. Otherwise, he’ll forget about you after not seeing you for a week.”
“Tll spank him hard, then. How can he forget about his own father?” Nonetheless, Elias’ voice sounded loving.
She smiled as well, and the man asked, “What about you? What gift do you want?”
Me? Forget it. There’s nothing I want. Just bring Aiden a gift.”
Elias fell silent and placed more food on her plate.
After dinner, he sent her back to the Allegra Villa. He initially wanted to see Aiden, but he gave up on the idea upon learning that the young boy was asleep.
He insisted on letting Yacob protect the woman. “I’ll let Yacob stay by your side. You can contact him and ask for his protection at any moment. I’ll only be at ease this way.”
“Alright, if that will make you focus on work over there.
She decided not to turn him down again, for the man only wanted her to be safe. Moreover, he would probably be distracted from his work in Esmos if Yacob wasn’t there to protect her.
Elias breathed a sigh of relief when she finally agreed to it.
The moonlight shone on his towering figure. He looked at the slender woman in front of him and hesitated for a bit before pulling her into an embrace.
He rested his chin on her shoulder and wrapped his arms around the frail woman before whispering. I know I don’t have the right to hug you yet, but I can’t help it. I’m sorry.”
Amanda was besotted with the man’s magnetic voice. She slowly lifted her arms and draped them around the muscular man.
A smile formed on Elias’ face after the woman responded to him. Then, he let go of Amanda and locked lips with her, making the woman lose herself in the intimate moment.
Just then, Crispin pulled up his car in the distance and saw everything. He couldn’t help but clench the steering wheel.
Their kiss meant nothing to him, but it showed that Amanda and Elias’ relationship was on the mend, and

they would probably remarry soon.
In that case, it wouldn’t be long before Crispin was destroyed.
After the kiss ended, Amanda pushed the man away with a red face. “Go home now. I don’t think you’d want to be late for your flight tomorrow.”
With that, she turned around and ran into the villa.
Elias watched the woman flee until she was out of sight, then entered his car and left the place.
Not long after Amanda entered the villa, Crispin came over and said, “I don’t think it’s appropriate for to do such an indecent thing outside the house, Miss Bailey. What if Aiden sees-
“Aren’t you two supposed to be on honeymoon? Why are you back?”
Amanda recalled the duo heading to the airport in the morning, so why were they home now?

“Well, Steph is under the weather, so we’ve decided to go on our honeymoon trip at a later time. After all, there’s no rush.”
Crispin’s explanation was perfunctory, but he didn’t care. On the other hand, Stephanie let the man place his hands on her shoulders like a marionette.
Initially, Crispin intended to go on the honeymoon trip, but he was worried that many things might happen when he wasn’t around. For example, Elias and Jack would do their best to get to the truth regarding Stephanie’s case. In that case, he would be in danger.
As such, he had to stay in the Allegra Villa and keep an eye on them so that he could deal with any problems that came his way.
Amanda decided to ignore the trashy man, but she sympathized with Stephanie when she caught sight of the woman’s sluggishness.
“Wait a minute. Did you just say what I was doing was indecent?” Amanda sneered, and her gaze was full of disdain. “Who do you think you are? What right do you have to criticize me? What you’ve done is even more revolting”
“What do you mean by that, Miss Bailey?” The smile on Crispin’s face faded.
“Nothing at all. I merely look down on you.”
With that, Amanda turned around and headed upstairs.
After the woman was gone, Crispin’s expression turned hideous as he exerted more force on his hands. The pain in her shoulders made Stephanie yell. “It hurts! Let go of me…
Crispin stared at her and retorted, “You’re so useless. Ever since your sister returned, your parents have been neglecting you. You’d better help me get into your father’s company sooner. Otherwise, both of us will be left with nothing in the end.”
The next morning. Amanda decided to sleep in since she had nothing to do. By the time she got out of

bed, the driver had already sent Aiden to kindergarten.
After she was done washing up and getting changed, she picked up her phone and saw Elias’ message. I’ve boarded the plane.
That man is probably up in the sky now, and the plane will supposedly land in the evening. I hope everything goes smoothly for him.
In the afternoon, Amanda decided to head to the furniture mall, for she had to purchase some office
equipment.
She was ready to head out after getting changed. Just then, she received a call from Esmos again. After hesitating for a bit, she answered the call.
On the other end, the same man was heard saying, “Please don’t go anywhere else in the next few days, Miss Bailey. My master is going to set off soon. We’ll contact you when we arrive at our destination. Please
with us by then. My master has something very important to tell you.”

Amanda was fed up with the man talking about his master. Who is his master? What does he have to do with me?
“Well, who is your master? Why does he want to see me? What’s the important matter?”
“You’ll find out when we meet.”
“Stop keeping me on tenterhooks. It’s not like I care. I’m not going to see him if you don’t let me know. what’s going on first. I won’t meet up with strangers. Due to the nature of Amanda’s work, she typically wouldn’t come into contact with people she wasn’t familiar with.
The man remained silent for a moment before saying, “It’s not up to you. If you’re willing to meet us, we’ll go over and pick you up. However, if you refuse to cooperate, don’t blame us for being harsh on you.”
With that, he hung up the call.
Amanda’s chest tightened when she heard the man’s threat.
Who is the man over the phone? Who is his master?
She sprinted down the stairs but suddenly remembered her pregnancy and slowed down. Clutching the test strip in her hand, she wondered what Elias Winters' reaction would be once he heard the news.
Yet, when Amanda was halfway down the stairs, she saw two figures in the living room—Elias and a sexy woman. Slowing down her steps, she held the handrail tightly and felt her heart sink. That was because she saw her husband and the woman behaving affectionately as though they were a smitten couple.
