Everyone fell silent right away. 

Albert slowly said, “These are all the kids I’ve brought up since they were young, consider them your brothers and sisters. This is my second kid, Kearney, and this is the third, Phenix.” He pointed at the boy driving, “This is the fourth, Naylor.” Then he pointed at a young girl in the corner, “That’s the fifth, Nathalie.” 

Only then did Agnes notice the girl in the corner. 

She was tiny and dressed in all–black sportswear. Despite being with everyone else, she was hardly noticeable, like she could turn invisible. Agnes was still confused,
