Estelle was fast on her feet. She stopped at a bus stop, waiting for the bus to arrive.

The bus arrived shortly. Manley wanted to board with Estelle but she pushed him away, “Stop following me or you’ll regret it!”
“Estelle, what are you doing in Silver Delta?”
Estelle got on the bus. The doors closed, leaving Manley outside.
Manley hailed a taxi. He considered tracking Estelle on his own to see what she was up to, but changed his mind. As he instructed the driver to follow the bus, he pulled out his phone and made a call.
“I need you to tail a girl on the 305 bus. Yes, follow het everywhere,” Manley ordered, “Be cautious, she’s sharp. Don’t let her spot you
Manley had the taxi follow the bus for two stops until he saw his own car coming, then he had the taxi turn at the intersection.
Knowing that Manley was tailing her. Estelle kept an eye on the taxi behind her. Only when she saw it change its course did she let out a sigh of relief.
She felt regretful for her actions earlier. She had gotten herself into a big mess Manley!
An hour later, Estelle boarded a train to Kulha Mountain
The person tailing Estelle immediately called Manley, “Mr. Scott, we lost her!”
Manley was so angry, he was grinding his teeth.
“She was indeed on high alert. She knew we were tailing her at the station, and then, she disappeared!”
“A bunch of good-for-nothings!”
He clenched his teeth, feeling more puzzled. What was Estelle doing in Silver Delta?
No, she didn’t come to Silver Delta, she just switched her ride here. Where was she headed?
As he was guessing wildly, another call came in, “Mr. Scott, it’s pouring at Kulha Mountain. The person you’re waiting for might not make it for a while. Do you want to come over?”
Manley was restless, is he playing me?”
Manley had been planning to build an ecological park in Silver Delta. He’d been here for half a month, but the approval kept being delayed. The excuse was that the person in charge was on a business trip.
He had waited a few more days and become impatient when the person was unable to come from Kulha.
“Mr. Scott, why don’t you come over? Once the person in charge signs the papers, everything will be sorted.”
Suppressing his anger, Manley figured the person in charge was probably trying to bargain for a better deal on his own turf.
With that in mind, Manley didn’t insist anymore, “Fine, I’ll go to Kulha tomorrow!”
Estelle arrived at Kulha Mountain that night.
