Chapter 883 

When the two of them arrived, a police car was parked outside the bar. 

Inside, it was a complete mess. Estelle and Magdalen were sitting on the sofa, surrounded by a few cops who were questioning them. Nearby, a dozen or so people were sprawled out in various directions, howling in pain. It was clear they were severely injured! 

Jonathan didn’t approach, he just watched from a distance. Magdalen was talking to the cops, while Estelle sat quietly, her delicate half–face visible under a baseball cap. 

She was dressed in a black top and a super short skirt, exposing a slender waist and stunning legs. 

Jonathan’s face darkened. 

He glanced around at the spectators, spotting several men ogling Estelle. This made him even more pissed off! 

He called over a waiter, saying irritably, “Get these people out of here, we’re closing for the day!” 

The waiter was taken aback, “Who are you?” 

Before Jonathan could answer, a manager came over, and stammering, “Are you Mr. Lamont? What brings you here?” 

He had met Jonathan once before, and the memory was not easily forgotten! 

Jonathan spoke again, Clear out the customers, close the bar!” 

“Right away!” The manager nodded, promptly ordering the staff to chase the customers out. 

Soon, the bar quieted down. 

The colorful lights all turned a warm yellow. 

Charlie, Carson and the others arrived shortly after, “What happened?” 

Jonathan remained silent, his face cold. Yvonne gave him a glance, then said to Charlie, “Looks like Estelle and the others were here having fun, got targeted by some guys, a fight broke out. Estelle and the others should be fine!” 

Josiah, following behind Charlie, scoffed, “Dressed like that in a place like this in the middle of the night, it’s no surprise they got into trouble!” 

Charlie told Josiah to shut up, “I’ll go ask!” 

He approached the cops interrogating Estelle and Magdalen, handing them a business card, “I’m a friend of Estelle’s, what’s the situation?” 

The policeman glanced at Charlie’s card and his attitude became more polite. He called over the team leader. 

“We’ve almost finished questioning, these ladies acted in self–defense, but we still need them to come to the station for a formal statement.” 

“Okay, the procedure is still up, I’ll go with you later.” Charlie smiled gently. “Thanks Charlie, I’ll go by myself, I can solve it!” Estelle declined politely. 

Charlie gave her a look, “It’s no problem, it’s not like I have anything else to do.” 

Now, Ken and his buddies were also brought over. 

Magdalen leaned back on the sofa, giving bruised and beaten Ken a cold look, “Learned your lesson? If you dare to bully girls again, next time it won’t just be a beating, but also your life will be endangered..” 

At that moment, Ken looked at Magdalen’s beautiful yet arrogant face, feeling scared and trembling, but his eyes were filled with malice. He gritted his teeth and whispered, “Bitch, just wait and see!” 

Magdalen picked up a bottle and smashed it over his head, “Wait for your mother to collect your body!”
