Estelle instinctively glanced at Jonathan.
Jonathan looked at Yvonne with a half drunk expression, seemingly lost in memories and a bit astonished.
Yvonne quickly averted her gaze, and the fleeting sadness from earlier seemed to have been just an illusion. She grabbed the drum and happily said, “My turn now, y’all better watch out!”
She put on the blindfold and started drumming.
This time, the rose petals fell into Estelle’s hands. After thinking about it, she chose the “Dare.”
Yvonne joked, “Give me that notebook from earlier, I’ll pick the question myself! But I’m not gonna go easy on you.”
Someone handed her the punishment notebook, and Yvonne randomly pointed at one, “This one will do!”
People nearby leaned in, eager to see what she’d chosen. Josiah read it out loud, “Kiss the third person of the opposite sex on your left for one minute!”
As soon as he finished speaking, several people’s expressions changed.
Estelle was also a bit surprised. She had looked at the punishment notebook earlier, and many of the punishments were things like doing pushups, drinking alcohol, and shouting out the window. She didn’t expect Yvonne to choose one that involved close contact with a guy in the room.
She turned her head towards the third man on her left.
Josiah pointed at Carson, “Mr. Foster, it’s you!”
Carson, feeling guilty, glanced at Jonathan and laughed awkwardly, “Isn’t this a bit too much? Let’s change it!”
“Not at all, come on!” Josiah mocked Carson, then turned to Estelle and grinned, “Charlie and Emily already kissed, Estelle, you chose ‘Dare. You’re not thinking about backing down, are you?”
Amiee glared at him, “Why are you so excited? Shut up!”
Josiah pursed his lips and didn’t dare talk back to Amiee, just provocatively waiting for Estelle’s response.
Estelle hadn’t moved yet when Jonathan suddenly grabbed her wrist, “No, change the punishment!”
Yvonne chuckled while looking at Jonathan, “You can’t break the rules in this game. Estelle didn’t refuse, so who are you to decide for her?”
Jonathan coldly replied, “I said change it!”
Yvonne felt bitter and backed off, “How about kiss through a piece of paper?!”
“No! Jonathan’s voice was low and he absolutely refused to give in.
Yvonne suddenly smiled, “Fine, if Estelle won’t do it, I’ll take the punishment instead. Jonathan, who do you want me to
kiss?”
She stared at him without blinking, waiting for his decision!
Jonathan slowly said, “You can do whatever you want.”
Yvonne’s face instantly showed disappointment.
Charlie tried to mediate, “Why don’t we change the punishment? Mr. Foster just got a girlfriend, so it’s not quite appropriate.” Carson hurriedly said, “I can take Estelle’s punishment instead, just name it. Doing push-ups, drinking alcohol, or strip dancing, anything!”
Jonathan poured three glasses of wine, “I’ll take Estelle’s punishment. I’ll drink all these three glasses!”
After saying that, he grabbed the glass and downed all the wine.
Yvonne’s face became paler, and feeling cold inside, she sneered, “If everyone does this, what’s the point of the game?”
“Then we won’t play!” Jonathan stood up, holding Estelle’s hand, picked up her coat, and said to everyone, “We’ve broken the rules, so we’ll quit I’ll take Estelle home, you guys continue!”
After saying that, he took Estelle and left.
The room fell silent, and everyone looked at Jonathan, then at Yvonne. For a moment, no one dared to speak. Emily suddenly stood up and said, “I won’t play either. I’ll go with Estelle. Goodbye, everyone!”
