Charlie and Caron and others knew that today is Henson’s birthday. They thought Jonathan would stay at home with Henson, but when they came in, they found Jonathan sitting on the sofa drinking by himself.

Charlie and the others put the birthday gifts for Henson on the table, and Jonathan poured drinks for everyone. “Thanks, everyone, on behalf of Henson.”
After chatting and laughing for a bit, Charlie let the others go have fun while he stayed with Jonathan drinking. “Your house is full of guests today, and instead of staying with Henson, you’re here drinking by yourself?”
Jonathan said lightly, “there are too many people, I feel annoyed. I just needed some quiet time.”
Charlie laughed, his clear eyes seeming to see him through. “Isn’t it because of Estelle?”
Jonathan glanced at Charlie, lit a cigarette, and didn’t say a word.
“It is said that Estelle went back to C City, but in fact, she is taking care of a man in the hospital,” Jonathan said after a big gulp of wine.
“Is there something going on between them?” asked Charlie.

In fact, Jonathan didn’t believe the gossip he heard at the hospital. He didn’t think Estelle would do anything fishy while they were together. But the fact that she lied to him for that guy was real.

“Probably just a man’s possessiveness. If you want to figure it out, why not spend some time apart from Estelle or sleep with another woman to see if it’s the same with all women?” Charlie raised an eyebrow.
Jonathan’s deep gaze became even more profound, his handsome face blurred in the smoke.
What upset him was Estelle’s silence and her indifference towards him, which made him feel like a fool!
