Emily instinctively hid her hand behind her back and said. “Just put it on the princess in the castler
“You are my princess” Charlie looked at Emily and said softly. Then he reached out, pulled her hand out, and put the ring on her ring finger.
The pink diamond rose enriched the beauty of her finger
““Looks gorgeous! Charlie held Emily’s hand, his eyes deep.
Emily caught her breath and quickly pulled her hand back
At that moment, not only was her face flushed, but her heart was also burning as if her blood was boiling
Charlie handed his ring to Emily, “Help me put this on.”

Charlie chuckled and handed the ring to Kya, “Emily is shy. Kya, will you do it for me?”

“No problem!” Charlie looked at Emily and reached out to hold her.
Emily suddenly stood up, “Okay, no more playing, it’s time for bed.”
Im not sleepy at all! Kya’s big eyes were twinkling as she was refusing to go to sleep.
“Even if you’re not sleepy, it’s bedtime. I read you a new picture book, okay?” Emily whispered
The new picture book piqued her interest and she finally agreed to go to bed.
Emily picked up Kya and awkwardly looked at Charlie
“Going to kick me out again? Kent is attending the dinner on my behalf, so he can’t pick me up now, Charlie chuckled
Emily thought to herself, he clearly had other drivers!
But if she said that, he would definitely get mad. So, all she said was, 1 bought a new bathrobe. It’s in the guest room’s closet. You can get it yourself”
Hearing that Emily had bought him a bathrobe, a smile appeared on Charlie’s face, “Don’t go straight to sleep after getting Kya to sleep. Remember to come and say goodnight to me”

Emily responded vaguely, holding Kya and heading back to the master bedroom.
It wasn’t until she closed the bedroom door that Emily let out a long sigh of relief.
Kya, hugging Emily’s shoulder, said, “I want Uncle Charlie to read me the new picture book”
“He’s busy, and he’s already spent the whole day with you. Let’s let him rest, okay?” Emily said patiently
