As expected, Feynman reached out to Maja.
Maja was still contemplating how to get back at Nolan. After all, Erlinda was gone, and releasing this recording would probably upset Erlinda herself. It would ruin her reputation.
“Ms. Penny, I am Erlinda’s father, I heard you have a few scripts of Erlinda’s. Would you please return them to us as they are her belongings?”
“Hello, this was a deal between Erlinda and me, and she has already handed them over to me.”
“How much did you pay?”
“That’s between me and Erlinda.”
“What are you trying to say? I am Erlinda’s father. We oversee all her affairs. Her body isn’t even cremated yet, and you’re trying to profit from her scripts? Do you even have a conscience? Eflinda was our only child! If you don’t return the scripts, I will sue you!”
Upon hearing Feynman’s furious words, Maja just felt angry.
If he had cared more about his daughter earlier, Erlinda wouldn’t have jumped off a building.
“Erlinda and I had a written agreement. She was an adult and had the right to make her own decisions. Even if you sue me, you can’t change the facts. I will take care of Erlinda’s affairs. You just need to sit tight for a few days.”
Maja’s plan was to expose Nolan’s true face, so these parents would know what Erlinda had gone through at school.
However, she didn’t expect Feynman to be foolish enough to use online public opinion to attack her.

Maja felt nauseous. No wonder Erlinda had committed suicide, dealing with Nolan was a real nightmare.
Nolan always conducted thorough investigations when choosing his targets.
He wouldn’t choose kids from wealthy families as they were very difficult to control.
He would only target those from poor backgrounds who still managed to get into university. These people were strictly disciplined by their parents, used to domination from superiors, and had a knack for script–writing. These were the kind of people Nolan targeted.
Maja gave a cynical laugh, didn’t bother making small talk with Nolan, and hung up the phone.
Meanwhile, online gossip was getting more and more rampant, and some people from Greenfield also noticed the situation.
They were all very familiar with Penny.
There had been rumors before that lan had a thing for this little designer.
So, someone called him to ask if he wanted to take down this hot topic from the internet.
“Mr. Raymond, Penny is trending. If her real information gets leaked, it will be a big hassle. Should we take down the hot search?”
Tan lit a cigarette and gently tapped the ash.
He liked to do this when he was annoyed.
