lan’s heart fluttered a bit as he slowly moved in, trying to plant a kiss on her lips.
But she turned her head away, and the kiss that was meant for her lips landed on her cheek instead.
“Mr. Raymond, I haven’t brushed my teeth yet.”
Maja had always had a knack for ruining the romantic mood.
With one simple sentence, she had managed to kill the whole romantic atmosphere.
lan looked at her seriously.
She was worried that he would see through her little trick and didn’t dare to meet his gaze.
After a while, she asked, “Do you have any clothes?”
Ian opened a cupboard nearby, casually grabbed one of his shirts and handed it to her.
“Put it on.”
Maja let out a sigh of relief and quickly put on the shirt.
lan was tall, and his shirt barely covered Maja’s buttocks when she wore it..
But she had come in such a hurry the night before that she hadn’t brought any other clothes apart from the two sets she had bought.
Adding to the fact that she had taken a bath, so now her clothes were wet. She had no other clothes to wear except for this shirt.
No woman liked that feeling. It made her feel insecure.
“Go and freshen up.”
He turned around and kissed her earlobe, whispering like a lover.
Maja wasn’t really used to being so intimate with him.
To be precise, she had never been so intimate with anyone before, and it made her feel uncomfortable.
Even though she had a cool and aloof appearance, her skin was very sensitive and easily blushed.
She got up to freshen up, wearing lan’s shirt.
Watching her, lan realized that he had never imagined that his plain shirt could be worn in such a sexy way.
Maja went into the bathroom, saw her discarded clothes still in the laundry basket, quickly found a bag to put them in and planned to take them home to wash.
After all that, she finally started brushing her teeth with the toothbrush provided by the hotel, followed by washing her face.
Just as she was drying her face with a towel, a man’s face appeared in the mirror.
He walked over, backed her into a corner, grabbed her chin, and forced her to turn her head and kiss him.
Under such a confined space, under such a strong presence.
Maja’s body couldn’t help but tremble.
He lifted the shirt she was wearing.
Maja’s face turned from red to white.
This was the only shirt she was wearing!
Fortunately, the waiter rang the doorbell at that moment.
Ian let her go, calmly put down her shirt, even took the time to smooth it out.
Maja’s heart was pounding, her head lowered, and her ears were red.
He seemed very pleased, lightly brushing his finger over her lips.
“Let’s go out for breakfast.”

When she walked out of the bathroom, the food cart was already in the room.
Maja was starving and was about to eat when the doorbell rang again, and Carlene’s voice came from outside.
“lan, are you there?”
Carlene had come up because she knew someone was there when she ran into the waiter who was delivering the food.
lan came out of the bathroom at this moment and straightened himself up.
He saw Maja standing in front of the food cart looking very anxious.
Maja was indeed very flustered, if Carlene opened that door, it meant she would be discovered.
That would undoubtedly bring a lot of trouble.
“Mr. Raymond.”
She called out softly, appearing a little uneasy.
The deal she had with lan was something that couldn’t be known to others, and the fewer people who knew about it, the better.
Just as lan was about to speak, Carlene’s voice came back.
“Ian, I’ve got the card from the lobby manager, I’m coming in.”
Maja was startled and almost subconsciously headed towards the bedroom.
At the same time, Carlene pushed the door open.
The windows in the room were open, but she could still smell a faint scent that didn’t seem to be lan’s style.
“Tan.”
She called out, her gaze resting on the food cart with a puzzled look.
It seemed like a meal for two.
