Leo just wiped the blood from his mouth, not saying a word.
The police station was silent. With Maja’s imposing presence, everyone else just watched from afar, and no one dared to step forward to
mediate.

Leo lowered his head, his voice so low it was barely audible, “That woman asked me where the hundred thousand dollars I took were. She said she would bear me a son if I gave her thirty thousand. I spent some of that money and transferred fifty thousand to that bank card you used in high school. I was thinking I could sneakily take the card back from you since my dad had already repaid the money…
Before he could finish, Maja slapped him again.
Leo’s face was swelling up. He was so stunned that he didn’t dare fight back or speak

“Leo, I’m not joking. If you can’t do these two things, I’ll go back to Greenfield tonight and I’ll never take any calls from your family again.”
Leo lowered his head, tears started to roll down.
“Maja, I really realize my mistakes, I shouldn’t have gone to jail because of Olivia.”
“You better have really thought it through.”
After saying that, Maja went to negotiate with the police officer in charge.
Emory also called. The police explained the situation to his, then had Leo taken away.
Maja then went with Leo to buy some fruit and visited Emory’s son in the hospital. This time. Leo was very calm, even when someone threw a cup at him, he just smiled. Emory’s son probably thought this apology was meaningless, so he rudely told him to leave.
After leaving the hospital, Maja looked at Leo
“Go divorce Olivia.”
When Olivia heard that Leo wanted to divorce her, she was full of disbelief.
“What did you say?! Say it again?!”
Olivia started to make a fuss, attracting many neighbors to watch, Leds dignity was hurt. They just hoped Olivia could leave quickly. But Olivia angrily said something shocking.
“I’m pregnant! You guys don’t want this baby, right? I’ll go abort it now!”
Hearing this, all three members of the Eiston family were stunned.
