Maja was feeling somewhat awkward at the moment, wrapped only in a towel, bare from the waist down lan caught her in this state, and she felt like she was on fire.
lan was holding a tube of ointment, wearing only a shirt with a few buttons undone, revealing his collarbone. Looking further down, you could just make out a bandage.
Maja got it – he probably came for her to help apply the ointment.
Their rooms were right next to each other, and she had bandaged his wounds before. As for where Jeff’s room was, lan didn’t know and didn’t need to.
lan’s eyes lingered on Maja for a moment, then he turned to leave.
But Maja started worrying again. If she didn’t apply the ointment, would his wounds get worse?
After all, he had taken a beating because of her.
“Do you want me to help you with the ointment? Come in,” she said, stepping aside a bit.
lan paused, frowning slightly.
If any other woman dressed like that invited him in, he might have taken it as a hint. But this was Maja, with eyes too innocent to suggest anything else.
It seemed she was only worried about his wounds.
lan hesitated for a moment. Then he heard footsteps someone was coming.
“lan!”
He heard Fannie’s call, his frown deepening, and he walked into Maja’s room.
The door had just closed when the footsteps outside became clearer. Someone stopped outside his door
“lan, would you like some fruit? My dad grew these strawberries himself, they’re huge.”
This late at night, she definitely didn’t want to share strawberries.
Maja understood, Given lan’s looks and status, almost every woman who met him would act very enthusiastically.
As his wife in name, she often tried to avoid him, hoping to leave as soon as possible.
She found this amusing, but when she realized how she was dressed, she began to feel hot again.

Maja was already heading for the couch, the towel only covering her chest and thighs. Her collarbones were delicately beautiful, her legs long and straight.
lan squinted. Did she really think it was okay to be in this situation?

lan silently walked over, unbuttoning the rest of his shirt.
Seeing this, Maja blushed.
His looks were too striking, his slender fingers unbuttoning his shirt, exuding an indescribable attraction.
Outside, Fannie was still persistently shouting, “lan, lan!”
The noise made the atmosphere in the room less tense.
Maja quickly picked up the ointment and started unwrapping his bandage.
Round by round, when she saw the wound, her breathing became lighter
The wound was still severe; although it was healing slowly, it still looked gruesome.
Maja quickly squeezed the ointment onto her fingertips, gently rubbing it onto the wound.
The moment her fingertips touched him, lan’s body stiffened, and his mouth tightened slightly.
