The hours since I left Leah sleeping in our bed have dragged. I didn’t want to leave her, but there are loose ends I need to tie up and I still haven’t completely figured out how I’m going to make everything work.

The door across the room opens and Lillian steps out.

I can’t help but feel like he’s punishing her by hiding the child because she didn’t tell him when she discoverer she was pregnant. If he was really looking to keep her and their child safe he would’ve said she died while giving birth and not let anyone know that she was still in the coma, and hit her way once he was born.

I am so glad her son is alive and I get Aaron says he is protecting her but I do not like that they have kept all of this from her. If he really loves her like he says why would he do this to her? Together they could make it work but it’s like both of them are stubborn – I want to see what happens now that she knows – I want to see her catch him at the cabin and confront him. He says he loves her but I feel like he is being mean and wants to punish her so they all are keeping stuff from her. I think the Council tried to have her kidnapped and is after her because she told them she knew the AI lab was gone and right after that the car crash happened. I feel like if the two of them came together against all of them then they would win together but neither of them will do that just when Leah was starting to trust Aaron again she finds this out. Please hurry up and update this book. I want them together. I am mad at Aaron right now he needs to be honest with her and stop making decisions for her all the time.
Omg nooooo I don’t think she will ever forgive him for this… I also had this feeling since we knew he doesn’t have the tech that it was the baby that had him working remote etc..
